Lemongrass leaf
Lavender flower
Preparation:
Insert two teaspoons of tea into your infuser (tea net), tea bag or directly into the pot in which you boil water. Let the water temperature be 100 ° C. Leave the tea in the water for 10-12 minutes. Strain the tea. Sweeten with a sweetener of your choice or add a little lemon juice.
